The Human Touch in Window, Door, and Façade Technology

Windows, doors, and façades are typically assembled from extruded profiles in factory settings under controlled conditions. While the process has become increasingly automated, the human touch remains essential. Ergon Jobs understands this better than anyone. Since 1998, they have been supplying workers to numerous factories and assembly halls specializing in window, door, and façade technology.

With deep roots in façade technology, Ergon Jobs focuses exclusively on this niche. "For years, major manufacturers—both profile suppliers and façade builders—have been our clients," says Stan Haag, Senior Account Manager at Ergon Jobs. "They’re also facing growing challenges in finding the right staff. That’s where we come in. We specialize in this field and recruit skilled workers from across Europe. Our payroll includes people from sixteen different nationalities. Over the years, we’ve built a strong network. Our recruiters know the landscape inside and out—and know which candidates are likely to succeed."

If you’re short on staff or need extra hands in your factory or assembly hall, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Production Workers

More than 70% of Ergon Jobs' employees are involved in producing, machining, and assembling aluminum or plastic profiles in factories on a daily basis. "The work varies from cutting profiles to processing them with CNC machines, assembling window frames, producing glazing beads, and final assembly—and everything in between," says Haag proudly. "In the Dutch staffing sector, we’re absolutely the biggest player in this field. We have over a hundred employees working in production. Thanks to years of experience and in-depth industry knowledge, we truly understand our clients' needs and can meet them efficiently. That’s why we have long-standing relationships with many of them. We value mutual trust and commitment."

Since January 1, 2024, Ergon Jobs has been part of the TRIXXO family, which has further strengthened their expertise and capabilities.

Dutch Employment Standards

All temporary workers are on Ergon Jobs' Dutch payroll. "They speak at least English or German," Haag explains. "Communication and safety are top priorities. Occasionally we work with couples, but increasingly English has become the working language in many factories. We make a strong commitment to our workers—we visit them every three to four weeks to check how things are going. Everyone has their own room in the provided accommodation. We work exclusively with Dutch contracts, which include pension accrual and paid holidays. That really sets us apart from many other providers. Of course, we also ensure the right tools, PPE, and certifications are in place."

If you’re short-staffed or need an extra hand in your production or assembly department, feel free to reach out to Ergon Jobs. "We can act very quickly," says Haag. "Even in challenging situations, we always find a solution. Just recently, a valued client called to say that a project had been postponed, causing some disruption. We immediately reassigned one of our workers to another site. Everyone was happy. That’s how we make a difference."
