Therefore, TRIXXO Group has drafted this privacy statement. TRIXXO Group handles and secures the personal data entrusted to it with the utmost care. Who we are

Within TRIXXO Group, multiple legal entities operate, each processing personal data in the performance of their activities. The TRIXXO entity that qualifies as the data controller for your personal data is the TRIXXO entity with which you have concluded an agreement. Below is an overview of the different entities.

  • TRIXXO Techniek en Engineering B.V., registered and located in Breda, Emmastraat 2, 4811 AG.

  • TRIXXO Housing B.V., registered and located in Breda, Emmastraat 2, 4811 AG.

  • Ergon Nederland B.V., registered and located in Nijmegen, Castellastraat 26, 6512 EX.

  • Novio Support B.V., registered and located in Nijmegen, Castellastraat 26, 6512 EX.

TRIXXO Uitzend Holding B.V., registered and located in Breda, Emmastraat 2, 4811 AG, also acts as a data controller for general communications, such as mailings, website visits, etc.

TRIXXO Group, as a data controller, complies with responsibilities, laws, and regulations imposed by the Dutch government, the European Union, and the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Sometimes, TRIXXO entities engage other companies (third parties) to perform services. TRIXXO remains responsible for the correct processing of your personal data and enters into data processing agreements to safeguard your privacy and rights under the GDPR.

Technical Information

When you visit our website, technical data is automatically collected, such as your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, time and date of visit, pages visited, geolocation, and uploaded/downloaded content. This data is used to manage and improve our website.

Which personal data do we collect?

For candidates:

  • Availability, salary expectations, travel willingness.

  • Voluntary multimedia introductions (video/photo).

  • Data required by law or necessary for employment mediation.

For employees or contractors:

  • Contact details, emergency contacts, banking information.

  • Identification documents, BSN, permits.

  • Training and employment history.

  • Payroll, pension, absenteeism records.

  • Certificates, licenses, and VOG (certificate of conduct).

  • Other legally required or employment-related data.

Third parties

Your data may be shared with affiliated TRIXXO entities, clients, service providers, suppliers, public authorities, or other business partners when legally required or necessary for contract execution. TRIXXO ensures all data transfers are adequately protected. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA without your explicit consent.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and correction: Request access to or correction of your data via legalnederland@trixxo.nl or in writing to one of the addresses listed above.

  • Restriction of processing: You may request a temporary restriction on data processing.

  • Data portability: You can request your data in a structured, readable format.

  • Right to erasure and objection: You may request deletion of your data or withdraw consent. Past processing or data subject to legal retention is not affected.

  • Procedure: Requests are handled within one month. TRIXXO may require identification. In principle, no charges apply unless requests are excessive or unfounded.

Security

TRIXXO Group ensures optimal security of your personal data through physical, administrative, organizational, and technical measures. Only authorized personnel have access, and agreements are in place with third parties to ensure the same level of protection.

Retention period

TRIXXO Group does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with legal obligations (e.g., 7 years for payroll records).

Questions, complaints, or data breach

Changes

TRIXXO Group reserves the right to amend this privacy statement unilaterally. None of the provisions herein are intended to establish any legal obligations or agreements between TRIXXO Group and the data subject.
