Who we are

Within TRIXXO Group, multiple legal entities operate, each processing personal data in the performance of their activities. The TRIXXO entity that qualifies as the data controller for your personal data is the TRIXXO entity with which you have concluded an agreement. Below is an overview of the different entities.

TRIXXO Uitzend Holding B.V., registered and located in Breda, Emmastraat 2, 4811 AG, also acts as a data controller for general communications, such as mailings, website visits, etc.

TRIXXO Group, as a data controller, complies with responsibilities, laws, and regulations imposed by the Dutch government, the European Union, and the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Sometimes, TRIXXO entities engage other companies (third parties) to perform services. TRIXXO remains responsible for the correct processing of your personal data and enters into data processing agreements to safeguard your privacy and rights under the GDPR.

Technical Information

  • Restriction of processing: You may request a temporary restriction on data processing.

  • Data portability: You can request your data in a structured, readable format.

  • Right to erasure and objection: You may request deletion of your data or withdraw consent. Past processing or data subject to legal retention is not affected.

  • Procedure: Requests are handled within one month. TRIXXO may require identification. In principle, no charges apply unless requests are excessive or unfounded.

Security

TRIXXO Group ensures optimal security of your personal data through physical, administrative, organizational, and technical measures. Only authorized personnel have access, and agreements are in place with third parties to ensure the same level of protection.

Retention period

TRIXXO Group does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with legal obligations (e.g., 7 years for payroll records).
