Anti-discrimination policy

The employees of TRIXXO Group strive to ensure that everyone enjoys their work and looks forward to going to work! We believe it is essential to eliminate discrimination. We also aim to build an inclusive organization with a fair and open recruitment process.

Despite the legal frameworks in place, discrimination in the labor market unfortunately still occurs. Naturally, we do everything we can to combat discrimination and are fully committed to making it a thing of the past.

The operations of TRIXXO Group are geared towards giving job seekers a fair chance at employment, regardless of their age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, life philosophy, political or religious beliefs, race, ethnic origin, or nationality.

TRIXXO applies its anti-discrimination policy as follows:

  • During recruitment and selection, job seekers are treated equally by being assessed solely on criteria relevant to the job.

  • TRIXXO Group does not comply with requests from clients to make distinctions between people based on criteria that are not necessary or relevant for properly fulfilling the position.

  • TRIXXO Group does not tolerate its employees being treated in a discriminatory manner by third parties. The term “employees” here also includes those who work under the supervision and direction of a client.

  • TRIXXO Group is responsible for creating a safe working environment where people treat each other with respect, there is room for constructive dialogue, and undesirable behavior of any kind is prevented and addressed.
